Rae's Training & Consulting is dedicated in helping you and your employees improve on the most up-to-date training and safety requirements. We are a Canadian based company located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We specialize in professional on-site equipment operator training in North America and serve the agricultural, construction, forestry, manufacturing, mining and railway industries. We also provide training courses for private individuals.
We recognize the need for qualified, responsible people on the job site, who are able to achieve the maximum efficiency and full capability of heavy equipment operations. Our courses are developed according to the latest Government legislation and requirements. Our certified instructors have experience ranging from ten to forty years in heavy equipment operation, training and consulting. All of our facilitators are schooled in the most up-to-date instructional techniques.
Our focus is on providing qualified training and consulting for your company's specific needs. We utilize the latest technology to ensure that our clients and their employees remain current on all training and safety regulations as mandated by the latest legislation. Rae's prides itself in being an industry leader as all of our training programs are designed with knowledge, purpose and with you and your employees in mind.
Since our beginning in 2000 we have supplied training for over 100 Compaines. Canadian National Railway, Canadian Pacfic Railway, A&B Rail Services, Tervita Environmental, Tolko Industries, Trans Canada Pipe Lines, Huskey Energy, SNC-Lavalin, Peter Kiewit Infrasturcture and Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation to name a few.
We provide quality on-site safety education, inspection and operator training programs for material handling equipment such as cranes, loaders, boom trucks, forklifts, aerial lift devices and rigging gear. In addition, we provide consulting services for crane lifts, rigging lifts and pile driving. We also specialize in the development of training courses, log book development, operator evaluations, and train the trainer programs.
